Please make money orders and cashier's check payable to "Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC" . When ordering off line, print out the Order Form. Please complete this order form and mail with payment to the above address. (Certified Check or Money Order ONLY!!!) We do not accept personal checks, orders paid by personal check will be refused. Please do not send cash. Don't forget to include the Shipping & Handling fee of 5.95. NOTE: Add additional $4 for Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico. The products will be shipped after the check is received and cleared by the bank. We usually process your order within 24 hours from the date received. Incomplete orders will be put on "HOLD TO COMPLETE" and will be shipped when all products are available. You will be notified by e-mail if there will be an order delay over one week or if there is a shortage of available product. Orders made after 2:00pm EST on Friday afternoon and Weekends will be processed on the following business day. Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC ships within the continental United States. There is a shipping and handling fee of $5.95. NOTE: An additional $4 for Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico will be added. All orders are shipped First Class Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, (there is no tracking available for First Class deliveries and lost packages will not be replaced) . Overseas orders can be processed but will need to have the shipping fee calculated at the time of the order via an email. IMPORTANT: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders: All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be shipped via USPS. NOTE: An additional $4 for Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico will be added. APO/FPO orders: For all orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, your order can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You cannot track the package once it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the time it takes for your order to be delivered. All orders shipped to these addresses can take up to 60 days. Lost packages will not be replaced All packages are sent plain, and do not mention contents in consideration of your privacy. Your personal information from our shopping cart is always held in the strictest confidence and is never sold or disseminated in any way. Request for a return can only be accepted within 15 days from your date of invoice. All returns must be pre-authorized by Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC personnel prior to shipping the item to us. Authorization can be obtained by contacting Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC at return@filamfatburners.com or by Phone:570-279-1319 to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Without a RAN, Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fees of the price of returned products. Products returned must be sealed and in the same condition as when shipped so that they can be restocked and resold. Please also note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC reserves the right to refuse returns due to any unreasonable/unethical reasons determined by any Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC personnel. Your return packaging must have the Return Authorization Number printed clearly on the outside of the box or package with the original invoice inside, in order to be accepted by our return department. Returned Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped (New, Clean and Sealed), in order for a Refund to be issued. Refunds will be via method of original payment thru PayPal, (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express) or Money Order. Once we receive the Authorized Return Items in Sealed and Resalable Condition we will issue a refund within 24 to 72 hours and send you an E-mail with complete refund information. Your refund may post to your account quickly or it could take up to a week for your credit card company or bank to process the credit back into your account. This depends on your banking system. After you receive your RA number, pack your return product or products securely, write your RA number on the outside of the package, and mail to: If packaging was damaged during the delivering process, please contact appropriate carrier to report Damage Claim within 3 business days of the delivered date. In the event a wrong item shipped to a customer accidentally by Fil_Am Oriental Grocery Store LLC, we will replace it with the correct product at the current sale price without a delivery charge after we receive your returned item.
